Great work and plenty of material. No shortcuts here. Jose and his team did a great job installing complex landscape and paved driveway on steep hills for a fair price. I’ll be back for all my family’s properties. They even timed work around weather for best results. Thank you! Retaining walls, stone, brick, drainage, new lawn, gardens, flower-beds, mulch, beach, grading, paving, cleanup, etc.

Overall Experience was very good. Jose and his son were very professional and attentive to what was needed. They were very accommodating to last minute changes. The crews are very polite and focused on the getting the job done. They did not idle around but rather got things done quickly. They definitely know what they were doing. I would definitely recommend Jose to anyone. I do plan on using Jose’s services in the near future.

What do you want in a contractor? Dependable? Knowledgeable? Work ethic? Fair price? I recently built a new garage at vacation property at Lake Anna and hired Jose Martinez of Martinez Landscape and Concrete to extend the existing driveway to the garage, install a concrete apron around the garage with sidewalks in front, and seal the existing driveway. When I called for the estimate he answered the phone himself and met me at the location the next day. In my experience that in itself is unusual for a contractor. An estimate took about one half and hour. It was more than a fair price and the deal was made. Thereafter he showed up ever time he said he would, did the work exactly as he said, and completed the job on the day he said he would finish. He and at least three other workers were on the job every day. He worked alongside the men so he was directly accessible. There was no middleman to relay questions and concerns. The day he paved the driveway there were six men, two dump trucks, a paving machine, an asphalt roller, a loader, and two smaller landscape body support truck on the job. They did a great job. I was impressed. I highly recommend them.
